Shipping policy

NOTE: Shipping times have changed since COVID-19.  The USPS, UPS, and FED-EX shipping have been delayed. They are understaffed and products will not be guarantied delivery date if GROUND shipping is chosen. MEANING IF YOU CHOSE GROUND FOR ANY CARRIER THE DAYS OF DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED, IT IS AN ESTIMATE AND MOST LIKELY TAKE SEVERAL DAYS LONGER. IF you want guaranteed delivery chose priority, air or express so that those type shipping choices are a guaranteed day of delivery. Please check with carrier for rates and guaranteed delivery times. We are not responsible for shipping times. Once your order is completed we will get to shipper that day.  If your order is over $100 and we ship it to you for free. We will be using the standard ground shipping and that is not a guaranteed date of arrival. IF YOU WISH TO UPGRADE YOUR ORDER SHIPPING AND PAY THE DIFFERENCE YOU MUST MESSAGE US SO THAT WE CAN USE THE PRIORITY SHIPPING SERVICE WITH GUARANTY DATE OF ARRIVAL TO YOU. We cannot control the freight services and they are understaffed. Some packages may arrive later than expected and its not our fault. But we will help you track them. Thank you for understanding.
